Team Management ​

Used to manage groups, profiles, members, and member permissions within the team.

• Current Subscription: The current team's subscription package type.
• Members: Total number of members in the team.
• Profiles: Total number of profiles in the team.
• My Role: The role of the current account.
• Active: Member accounts successfully invited into the team along with their corresponding role permissions.
• Pending: Member accounts to whom invitations have been sent by the team along with their corresponding role permissions.
• Expired: Member accounts with invitations from the team that have expired along with their corresponding role permissions.

Permission Explanation: ​

The team member system generates default Owner, Manager, User, and Launcher four user permission groups, which can be added or edited with group permissions.

• Owner: Has the highest authority within the team, managing all data within the team.
• Manager: Authority second only to the Owner, with permissions for all modules, able to manage all data within the team; this group cannot delete the team.
• User: Can execute and manage all profile data; this group cannot operate groups, delete profiles, or invite team members.
• Launcher: Can only enable profiles, having viewing permissions for the profile management module.

Creating a Team ​

Click on the team name in the bottom left corner --> Click 【Create new team】

Adding Members ​

When adding members, you can specify the specific role for the added member, granting them the permissions associated with that role.

• Adding Members and Setting Permissions

Dashboard -> Go to the left menu item "Team":

1. Click the "Add Team Member" button -> 2. Enter the user's email -> 3. Select the user's role -> Click "Save"

2. After successfully sending the invitation, you can view the invitation information in pending and edit the member's role. You can also click the refresh button next to the account to resend the invitation.
